This is the age of contradiction

Living in lock-down leads to frustration and feeling out of control if we don’t take action.

The last thing we want is reminders of gloom and doom on every damn news channel, feeding our fright.

We can’t take flight.

But we can free our hearts, minds and souls with music — the great equalizer.

Let’s release our inhibitions. Prance round your home in the manner of a whirling dervish, warble like Mrs Mills on steroids, because nobody knows what you’re doing.

(Unless you have kids, spouses or extended family with you, then you can party together — but apart!)
